Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday (possibility of shorter rentals during the low season, please contact us). Sorry, pets not accepted.
Cleaning, bed and bath linens The rental includes housecleaning
corresponding to a “normal” use. In the case of a several week stay, the apartments are cleaned once a week. Bedding and bath, pool and dish towels are provided and changed once a week.
Deposit
Reservations are considered definite when accompanied by a deposit equal to 50% of the rent, payable by cheque or bank transfer. If the renter withdraws from the contract, the deposit will be kept by the proprietors if the house is not otherwise rented.
Payment
The remainder of the rent to be paid upon arrival
Guarantee
A cheque for 700€ must be left upon arrival. In the case of any damages, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the guarantee and the difference reimbursed to the renter.
