This site allows the privatization of the castle because it is located inside the surrounding wall. One accesses to it by the great gate surmounted by the watch tower.
Immediately after, there is a large terrace overlooking the Maurel dale, an affluent of La Touloubre, and the French style garden.
This terrace has a 500 m² lawn covered surface, covered by the high boughs of the secular plane trees, the feet of which bathe in the stream, about 20 metres lower.
One can get a glimpse, between the pine boughs, which surround the access ramp, of the majestic expanse of the castle, but also of the more slender one of the pigeon house.
Two other terraces, covered with gravel and located for one of them close to the main entrance door of the castle, and for the other one at the entry of the stables, can be used for any outdoor event. If necessary, they can be covered by big tops or pagodas.
The monumental staircase allows the access to the main terrace located dead South, of 400 m², then by the Henri IV staircase, to the 40 m² balcony which leads to the 70 m² high terrace, which holds an unobstructed view over the surrounding countryside, the towns of Pélissanne and Salon de Provence, and the Alpilles range.
From the terrace, one accesses to the pretty gothic chapel, dedicated to Sainte Roseline de Villeneuve, where it is possible to celebrate a wedding with an audience of about 70 persons.
On the main terrace, there are two orangeries : one is used as a cloakroom, toilets, the other one as a meeting room or a dormitory for children.
Under the balcony, with direct access to the main terrace, one finds an old guards chamber, which is used as a caterer’s space or as a winter dining room.
The ceremonial rooms on the first floor are composed of the gallery of paintings, 75 m², and in a row, the Directoire dining room, 70 m². A terrace of 80 m² could possibly be covered to have more space.
The lounges on the second floor are composed of the anteroom, 70 m², and of the worked leathers room, 65 m².
Small lounges can be used for workshops during seminaries.
Finally, the ancient kitchen can be used for intimate evening meals of 10 place settings maximum, next to the log fire in the large chimney, where can be roasted all sorts of meats or fish
Any type of private events or professional happenings can be organized using all or part of the premises.
