in a lavender field at the foot of the Luberon, brought to court a photographer, a bar-tobacconist and publishers of postcards for "improper use" of their property.

After a long wait, the court in Avignon announced its decision.

This is a great victory for all photographers who regain the freedom to exercise their profession.
