Chateau La Nerthe's brandy is made by distilling the Chateauneuf-du-Pape
wine produced in the vineyard. The nose, which is extremely expressive,
is completed with notes of dried fruits (raisins, hazelnuts) as
well as notes of port and xeres. In the mouth, this brandy
is full and well-balanced, leaving, once again, a flavour of dried
fruits and spices. |
