By Car |
| |
Take the A8 motorway, take the exit "St Raphaël /Fréjus" (D37), follow signs to "St Raphaël/Fréjus Centre" then "St Raphaël Quartiers" then "St Raphaël Centre Ville" then "St Raphaël Bord de Mer".
The road will fork, take the right to "St Raphaël Port Santa Lucia". At the next fork, take the right again and follow the signs to the Casino. You will go past a port, carry on along the coastal road and you’ll get to another port, the Port of Sta Lucia.
At the round-about, go straight. The Villa Mauresque is 2.5 Km from this port. The road will slope up and down, and on your right you will see a blue CERS sign. 500 metres on you will see the Villa Mauresque, on the right, a cream coloured crenelated building. If you go past the restaurant Le Toukan, you have gone too far !
By Taxi :
It will take 45 mn and between 100 and 150 € just one way.

Nice airport is 60 km away (45 mn). By car : follow Cannes, join the motorway A8, Exit at St Raphaël then follow the instructions indicated for motorists (by car)
Marseille airport is 90km away (1h30). By car : follow Aix en Provence, join the motorway A8 direction nice, exit at St Raphaël/Fréjus, then follow the instructions indicated for motorists (by car)
Toulon airport is 60 km away (45 mn). By car follow nice, join the motorway A8, exit at St St Raphaël/Fréjus, then follow the instructions indicated for motorists (by car). |

TOURISM ON THE FRENCH RIVIERA |
|
Between Cannes and St Tropez, on the FRENCH RIVIERA but away from the crowds, St Raphaël (5 minutes away from the village of Boulouris where the villa is) is offers various for different tastes: sailng, diving, golf, parties, fetes, and events.
Even during winter it is a magnet due to its mild climate, its breat-taking views and the special winter light which has attracted many a painter. |

The Esterel is a volcanic mass of some 32000 hectares of which 13000 are classed as a protected area. Its history goes back as far as 300 million years...
The visitor is spoilt with sumptous views in every direction. The pinkish red rocks of the Esterel are famous around the world, providing a unique jagged-edged sea front in the most unsual colours, extending over 10 kilometres.
The colour of the water varies between emerald green and and a flourescent blue, of a clearness which allows one to see right through to the sea floor. |

This is a residential area next to Boulouris with beautiful 19th Century houses, wonderful promenades and protected wildlife and flora, as well as providing a beautiful golf course for the lovers of this sport. |
