Sébastien Chambru, 34 years old and "Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2007" , is the new Chef of the Moulin de Mougins.
After many years in the "Paul Bocuse" restaurant, he worked with Stéphane Gaborieau’s team in the "Villa Florentina"; before he started an international career.
He managed the kitchens of the "twenty one", the Tokyo Hilton's Gastronomic Restaurant, with 2 Macarons in the Michelin Guide.
After a prestigious and noticed work at the Four Season Hotel of Genève, Sébastien Chambru will defend at the Moulin de Mougins his French Haute Cuisine, loyal to the tradition of the establishment: a Mediterranean cooking with the contribution of all his experience and his already brilliant trajectory for a young Chef.
