Restaurant in a 4 star hotel in Salon de Provence.



The dining room of this restaurant in Provence has large bay windows with a view, and in nice weather meals are served on the terrace.
In the same way, in summer, our restaurant in Provence propose a simple lunch service by the pool, reserved for hotel guests only.
A festival menu is also planned during the period in question.
The dishes prepared remain traditional, with just a note of "nouvelle cuisine".

Restaurant : 12h45 / 14h00 and 20h00 / 21h30
Low Season From end of March to mid-May, and from mid-September to end of October : open every evenings of the week. Every Monday, the restaurant is closed (except Monday Holiday). Open the Saturday and Sunday noon.
High Season From mid-May to mid-September : open every evenings 7/7 days and every lunchtime, except the Monday.
Winter Open the weekend with cooking courses and "Table d'Hôtes" the Saturday morning and thematic dinner the Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime. For the "week-end d'hiver au coin du feu", please contact us.
Gourmet lunch for 46 euro served during the week and Saturdays noon.
Menus : 78 euros - 96 euros - 98 euros - 113 euros - 120 euros
