In Home catering, Antoine Roguet

In-Home catering is a concept offering you personalized services for each of your special occasions.
The idea, above all, is to serve a perfectly prepared meal that exactly meets your expectations, contrary to a normal caterer from whom the food is prepared in his own workplace.
With in-home catering, you have a cook right there with you to help you prepare your party (table décor, preparation and organization of cocktails and hors d'oeuvres...). |

After first meeting each other, I will come to your house to devise and organize with you the different moments in the planned evening. To start, we determine your menu together, according to your desires, and a quote will be given for each service offered to avoid any ugly surprises at the end of the evening.
"The day of that special occasion, I take care of the purchasing of the products and then come to your house. Everything is cooked in your home; I prepare nothing in advance and work only with fresh, local produce, if possible organic."
During the evening, I do the serving and stay with you to insure that the meal goes smoothly ; your guests and yourself are welcome in the kitchen to follow the preparation of some dishes. If you prefer, I can slip away before the arrival of your guests, leaving you to spend the evening with them undisturbed.

You have no need for a professional kitchen, the only prerequisites are an oven, a stove and room in your refrigerator. |
