Bordering a beautiful forested hill, the property is situated on the southern slope, with a good aspect and enjoying a beautiful view. The house is sheltered from the extremes of the Mistral wind by the nearby hill.
Small walking paths traverse up and down the property allowing you to discover an exceptional view over the Rhône Valley, the villages of the Drôme Provençale, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Mont Ventoux.

In front of the house, there is a grassy garden bordered by oleander, flowers, a lavender field and an herb garden. To the side, a shaded terrace has two big tables for enjoying a pleasant meal. A barbecue and a bread, or pizza, oven stand by this eating area. At the bottom of the garden, there is a beautiful 15x5 m overflow swimming pool with a spa bath (large flagstone pool deck, depths from 1.40m to 1.70m, accessed by steps, made secure by an enclosure conforming to standards). From the pool, you will love the splendid view over the countryside.
