To come to the Chateau de Varenne
By Autoroute A9 and A7 (from Valence)
- Exit Roquemaure on the A9 (take the A9 at Orange if you are coming
from Valence on the A7).
- Direction Roquemaure at the traffic circle in Tavel.
- At 500 m after the traffic circle, turn right at the sign for the Chateau
de Varenne.
- Follow the arrow indicated road for 4 km.
By Autoroute A7
- Exit Avignon Nord.
- Direction "Avignon centre".
- Take the Rocade (beltway) along the Rhone on your right, and the Avignon
city walls to your left.
- Cross the Rhone by the Edouard Daladier bridge.
- Direction Villeneuve les Avignon to the right after the bridge.
- Continue on the departemental route, Sauveterre is at 8 km.
