Cancellations
The total deposit will be kept if a cancellation is made in less than 15 days before the presumed date of arrival.
If paid by credit card : A sum equal to one night will be taken as compensation for a stay of 3 or less days.
A sum equal to two nights will be taken in compensation for stays of over 3 days.
Shortened stays
For any interruption of a stay not announced 72 hours before the presumed date of departure, a sum equal to one night will be billed by the hotel in compensation.
Arrival time
All reservations will be held until 6 pm. Please contact us in the case of a late arrival.
Departure/Arrival
The rooms must be vacated by 12 noon. If you must stay longer, please contact reception to see if that will be possible. The rooms are available from 2:30 pm on. We will, however, do our best that they should be available as early as possible.
