In 1979, the Bon family acquired it and turned it into a magnificent little hotel full of charm and elegance. Since 1984, Françoise Bon and Catherine Rollin, his daughter, work together to preserve the authenticity of the place all while providing modern comforts.

The chef Mathias Bettinger has been managing the kitchens since 1994, preparing with his master's touch sun-filled recipes, light and refined, ready to delight the palates of the most demanding gourmets.
The restaurant offers meals during the day and also hosts business luncheons or dinners. For cocktails or just simply a relaxing moment with friends, the bar welcomes you in a convivial ambiance.
We also welcome you in the afternoon for tea (Selection of teas, sweets…).

For the organization of a wedding with more than 50 people and including musical entertainment, we request that you take exclusive use of the Château des Alpilles for two or three nights, depending on your weekend's program.

Taking into account our clientele's summer reservations, we cannot guarantee being able to host weddings from mid-June to mid-September.
