The dining room of our restaurant in Les Saintes Maries de la Mer, with its unobstructed view over the marshes, is both intimate and convivial, zen and warm. Open for dinner - and for breakfasts - it can accommodate up to 40 people.

A different fixed menu each evening, inspired by the day's market and the season's produce. The chef privileges notably Mediterranean flavours, and concocts with as much talent the grilled filet of swordfish on its bed of fennel, as the rack of lamb with the "house" ratatouille.
