Reservation
All reservations must be confirmed by fax, e-mail or post with:
- credit card number (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD) with expiry date and security code to debit the amount of deposit
or
- bank check (but still with the details of a credit card to guarantee)
or
- bank transfer
The deposit required for one night or 30 % under a stay (over 2 nights).
Holiday vouchers accepted.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing (fax, email or mail)
Cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival: 30 € for administrative costs
Cancellation between 21 and 8 days before arrival: loss of deposit paid
Cancellation less than 8 days before date of arrival or no show: full stay due
