In June 2005, Baroness Véronique von Hirsh opened this hotel of incontestable charm, in the Alpes Maritimes.

Opera singer and art lover living in the village for 25 years, she has always been involved in the cultural projects in Le Bar sur Loup, in the Alpes Maritimes. She put in a bid for this 15th century château and embarked on the adventure of the hotel business.

After much work, this hotel in the Alpes Maritimes opened its doors to the public.
