| Includes electricity, personal liability insurance, sheets,
towels, kitchen towels, weekly cleaning service, use of fully furnished
and equipped studio, phone line to receive calls, flat screen TV with numeric
cable TV, DVD, stereo. |
1) Reservations
require payment of 30% of rental price up to 60 days preceding arrival,
50% of rental price 30 to 59 days preceding arrival, or 100% of rental
price 29 days or less preceding arrival (we need a copy of your ID (by
scan or mail) to confirm your reservation and provide insurance).
2) Security
deposit 600 euros payable upon arrival for all length of stays (returned
upon departure). Remaining rent payable upon arrival (minus reservation
payment).
3) We provide
French rental agreement (French law) and can assistance with translation.
4) For stays
of three weeks consecutively -15%, for
stays of one month -20% (maximum stay one month).
5) We accept
payment by bank transfer in euros, USD or French bank cheques (or cash
(euros) and we provide all receipts). |
