The traditional Thai massage (Le Nuad Bo-Ram) has been practiced for 2500 years in Thailand.
It comes from Shiatsu, the Taoist massage, the Indian Ayurvédique massage and yoga.
It does not just stimulate the muscles : it creates both the well-being of your body and a harmonization of essential energy networks, for the well functioning of your organs, as for nerve and emotional relaxation.
Its very complete technique of touching, which alternates deep pressure with superficial touching, addresses itself to all the tissues of your organism, from the skin to muscles and ligaments, without forgetting blood vessels and the lymphatic system.

Professional ceramicist, José, whose creations you will discover in the decoration of the Mazet, can organize during your stay, in his workshop, a four day course (modeling, enamelling and Raku firing), for two hours a day, at your convenience.
In a relaxed atmosphere you can liberate your creativity (box, mask or statuette).
Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will be sure to leave with your ceramic creation.
