Low season: from 01/01/2012 to 30/04/2012 and from 09/10/2012 to 31/12/2012, except Christmas and Easter holidays.
Mid season: from 30/04/2012 to 02/07/2012, from 03/09/2012 to 08/10/2012 and Christmas and Easter holidays.
High season: from 02/07/2012 to 03/09/2012.
End of stay housecleaning (compulsary): 150 €.
Linen (optional): 10 € per person.
Towels (optional): 5 € per person.

The reservation is firm upon reception of a down payment equal to 30 % of the stay.
Refundable guarantee of 1000 €.
Payment of the remainder 15 days before arrival.
Payment by money order, French cheque or bank transfer. No credit cards.
The down payment is not refunded in the case of a cancellation unless the house can be rented. In this case, 300 € will be kept to cover costs of re-renting.
Tax : 0,75€ per person and per day
The rental includes all of the described rooms and spots with the exception of a library and a dressing house. The maintenance of the swimming pool and its accesses, electricity and the heating are included.
Optional household linens (sheets and blankets, 2 towels + 1 bath towels per week and per person), end-of-stay housecleaning in addition to the hiring is obligatory, telephone is included with payment of calls (Allofact readings). Television plasma 107cm, mini Hifi system with CDs and DVDs at your disposal. Library with various kind of books.
For long rentals, linen is changed every week.
