An old building originally composed of a group of buildings on three levels joined to a sheepfold, it has been entirely rethought and renovated. It is all completely secured by an alarm and service provider.
The Mas de Dève can accommodate up to 11 people. It is also equipped for babies (Bed, bathtub, changing table, highchair...).

The ground floor rooms are greatly open to the exterior to take advantage of the light and exceptional views.
The kitchen has a Rozière gas stove and oven, fridge-freezer, an Arthur Martin dishwasher, appliances, cabinets... And all the dishes necessary for 12 to 18 people (stainless steel cutlery, water and wine glasses, champagne flutes, china...).
Upstairs there is a library stocked with various subjects (Novels, leisure, art, comics...).

The Mas has 6 bedrooms, one of which is a mini-suite with dressing area, bathroom, WC and private 30 m² terrace which enjoys an exceptional view. 2 others have double beds (140 x 190cm), one has a 130 x 190 cm bed, one has 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm and the last has one single bed 90 x 190 cm. They either have a closet, a wardrobe or a dresser. These rooms share 2 shower rooms with sink and cabinet and Italian-style shower, and the 2 WC.
All the bedrooms have either western, southern or eastern exposure and have at least one window.
The 2 shower rooms have a sink and cabinet and a shower.
The mas is equipped with a washing machine. |
