HOLIDAY IDEAS :

Colin & Suki McLaren - 18.01.2012 | 10:01
We had a very enjoyable 2 week stay in the dovecote. Marie-Noelle is a charming host with a beautiful formal garden attached to the main house. The town is small and quiet (with a great restaurant), but it is nice to stroll down the hill to get your morning newspaper and croissants. The accommodation is not spacious, and you have to climb a spiral stair to get to the upper floors, but the view from the bathroom is magnificent. If you visit at the end of May you can pick large amounts of cherries from the tree outside the dovecote. Definitely not the usual gite, but a great experience.
