Conditions : |
• Saturday to Saturday bookings only during high and mid seasons; all other start dates are flexible. Arrival time 4pm, departure time 10 am.
• Negotiable rates for stays of 3 weeks or more.
• 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
• 300 Euros Security deposit is required on arrival; returnable after property has been fully inspected.
• All persons must be covered by personal and accidental damage insurance.
• Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own swimming & sunbathing towels. For stays of more than one week fresh linen is provided weekly.
• Electricity may be chargeable according to usage and season.
• A cleaning service can be provided at a cost of 50 Euros.
