In the course of a weekend discover the secrets of this mysterious mushroom... Tuber Melanosporum. The Tricastin is the main region of production in France ; thus you will be right in the heart of the truffle's domain.
In small groups (max. 12 people) we will visit the truffle market, learn to cook with it, go search and dig for the truffle under the oaks with the Master and his dog, and enjoy it in all its forms...
