All reservations must be confirmed in writing (post, fax, e-mail) and accompanied by a deposit. The remainder can be paid by French bank cheque or in cash.
To leave us the time to prepare the room or the gîte,
we ask that you please arrive after 4pm
and to vacate them at the latest by 11am.
CANCELLATION :
In the case of a cancellation, the following terms apply :
- Cancellation 6 weeks or more before the reserved stay,
we reimburse the deposit.
- Cancellation up to 3 weeks before the reserved stay,
we reimburse 30% of the deposit
- Cancellation less than 3 weeks before the reserved stay, the deposit is not reimbursed. |
