From the motorway A7, exit at "Avignon nord", or "Avignon sud". Then follow the signposts "centre-ville" and "Ile de la Barthelasse".
You cross a bridge, the "Pont Daladier", and you are on the Barthelasse Island. When the road forks, turn right and then follow the D228 up to a roundabout two kilometres away. There, turn first right, then first left. You have to follow the signposts "Ecole" (school) and "Eglise" (church). When youseethe school on your left hand side, you are very close to La Bastide des Anges. Follow the road for 300 meters and you will see the house is on your right hand side.

- A 10 min. walk from the center of Avignon, famous for the Popes' Palace, the Saint Bénézet bridge, etc...
- The Ochre of Roussillon, the Provençal Colorado. Nature has sculpted a strange landscape.
- Fontaine de Vaucluse. It gave its name to the department. The most forceful and mysterious source in the world !
- Isle sur la Sorgue... Also called the "Provençal Venice", canals, creeks, the "division of the waters"... An enchanting site ! All year-round, every weekend, discover the biggest antique market in Europe, comprised of over 200 dealers !

- The Mont Ventoux, the Giant of Provence ! Culminating at 1912m, on a clear day it affords you a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea and the Mont Blanc.
