Main Bedroom with king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes, door to
shaded terrace and en-suite shower room with vanity basin.
Twin bedded room (beds can be zipped together to make a 6ft double
bed) mainly suitable for small children, as there is no wardrobe
only chest of drawers and pegs.
Cloakroom with WC and basin.
Utility room with boiler and washing machine.
Open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining room with French doors onto
terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped
for 10 people with dishwasher, built-in electric oven and hob. |

Master Bedroom
with king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes and doors to south
facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
Second Bedroom
has a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes and door to southwest
facing terrace and views over the garden.
Third Bedroom
has twin beds, which can be zipped together to make a 6ft double
bed, fitted wardrobes and views over the garden.
Bathroom
with bath and shower, WC, bidet and twin basins.
Cloakroom
with WC and basin.
Kitchen
with double doors leading onto a terrace overlooking the swimming
pool. The kitchen is very well equipped for 10 people with free
standing beech units, large fridge/freezer, microwave, 12 place
dishwasher and very large electric range cooker with rotisserie.

with French doors to south facing terrace overlooking the pool

Swimming
pool and gardens of the villa rental
The swimming pool measures 14 x 7 metres and is 1 metre deep at the
shallow end. It is fitted with an automatic cleaner and electronic
ioniser, which is much gentler on the skin than chlorine. It is maintained
weekly by our gardener. There are 8 teak sun loungers and several
large parasols for use by the pool. To meet the new safety regulations
in France we have installed an electric pool cover.
The south-facing terrace has a Teac table and chairs to seat 10 under
a covered awning and a large barbecue.
The well-established gardens of approximately 3/4 acre have many
fruit trees including lemon, orange, fig, apple and pear and there
are many shaded areas in which to relax. There is also a boule court. |
