We are just three kilometres away from the bustling and chic town of Uzès in the Gard (France), which, dating back to Roman times, has been sympathetically restored over recent years. The architecture is striking, the atmosphere enchanting and the shops, restaurants and cafes most pleasant. The superb Saturday market and the Wednesday producers market are a must to visit.
