The fireplace of the restaurant brings warmth and conviviality to your winter meals. An enclosed courtyard, typical to Provence, and flowering in summer, gives a little intimacy to your summer dinners. Its fountain whispers of coolness.
Jean-Marie offers a gourmet cuisine in pure Provençal tradition. His culinary creations combine regional products with seafood from the Mediterranean.
You may hesitate between the saddle of rabbit stuffed with goat's cheese and olives or the grilled larded monkfish in a red wine sauce, but all the dishes are generous and colourful, as he is himself.
