In the evening, upon request, you can sample Thea’s cooking or share a barbecue with local meat, grilled on the brazier in front of you, served with seasonal vegetables and mixed salads.
All the meals are prepared using fresh products from the farmers’ markets in Apt and Coustellet - tomato carpaccio with a herb and basil sorbet, lightly spiced duck breast roasted in rosemary honey accompanied by the three purées of the moment, seasonal desserts - cherry compote, panna cotta with blood oranges, chocolate fondant and glazed fruits from Apt...
You can even help Thea in the kitchen - the chutneys of the season, the jams, patés and terrines.
