International Piano Festival

For more than three decades, the Piano Festival of La Roque d'Anthéron is the festival of artists who, through the piano, dare to express their originality and their personality. The wise, the insolent and the prodigious, poets of all ages, come together every year beneath the hundred year old plane trees of Florans and the celestial vault of the Provençal evening sky. The magic of the nocturnal recitals in the heart of the park is carried on and renewed each year. Bordered by its 365 plane trees, the main allée leads to a spot that is both grandiose and intimate. Over the course of the festivals, the venues and concerts have diversified. Even if the Festival did not wait for today to assume its identity as the "Mecca of the piano", it still reinforces it by inaugurating new venues, and bringing together a variety of young talents from the four corners of the world along with those virtuosos whose renown has already placed at the height of their career.
