Payment terms
The nights are payable with the reservation.
Food and services are payable at the end of the stay.
Reservations are considered firm upon reception of payment.

Cancellation policy
If the cancellation is made more then 48 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit will be kept by the Domaine Le Roure.
If the cancellation is made less then 48 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit will be kept by the Domaine Le Roure, which reserves the right to demand the remainder of costs.
If the hotel guests do not show up by 7pm on the day of arrival, the Domaine Le Roure can let out their rooms.

In the case of a shortened stay, the amount corresponding to the entire stay will be kept by the Domaine Le Roure.
