It is a very aromatic wine with a smell of rose and plumb fruits. Perfect as an aperitiv, its stimulates the appetite...
 

Terroir : Pebbly slope of clay and limestone soil overlooking the Durance.
Vinification : Mechanic harvest, de-stemming, skin contact maceration. Pneumatic pressing, cold settling, fermentation at controlled temperature (15° C) in stainless steel vats.
Grape varietal : Muscat de Hambourg. Old vines of 50 years old.
Matching Food & Wine : mediterranean cooking (couscous, paellas, pizzas).
Ageing : 2 years.

Terroir : Pebbly slope of clay and limestone soil overlooking the Durance.
Vinification : Mechanised harvest, de-stemming. Bleeding of the vats after maceration. Temperature-controlled fermentation at 16° C.
Grape varietal : 40% Grenache, 40% Cinsaut, 20% Syrah. Vines 20 years old.
Yield : 20 Hl/ acre.
Matching Food & Wine : aperitiv, grilled fish and meat, goat cheeses.
Ageing : 2-3 years.

 
Red -  - Cotes du Luberon wine
A new fruity vintage for summer - "Dixi Volupta" Red 2005 - Pays de Vaucluse Wine. Gold medal at the Avignon wine competition.



 
This vintage gives you a well-rounded wine, fruity, very aromatic and expressive. The Latin expression "dixi volupta" means "I said voluptuous" ; it perfectly describes the generosity of this wine, combining freshness, authenticity and full-bodiedness.
 
Terroir : pebbly, clayey-calcareous soil overlooking the Durance.
Vinification : low temperature vinification (22° C).
Grape varieties : 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Storage potential : 2-3 years.
Alcohol content : 13.5 ° % vol.
Production : 59 hl : 6353 btles

Red fruits, undergrowth... This typical wine reveals all the fragrances of our hillsides and our terroir. You can enjoy it slightly fresh in summer and all over the year on local and light cooking.

 

Terroir : Pebbly slope of clay and limestone soil. South exposure.
Vinification : Mechanised harvest, de-stemming. Traditional vinification. Maturing in vats.
Grape varietal : 0% Grenache, 40% Syrah, and 10% Cinsaut. Vines of 16 years.
Yield : 50 Hl/Ha.
Matching Food & Wine : stuffed vegetables, grilled meat, cheeses.
Ageing : 3-4 years.

 
White - Cotes du Luberon wine
TROPHY OF THE WINEMAKER KNOW-HOW 2005 White Wine 75 cl - Château de Clapier


Dry and fruity, this wine is ideal for aperitiv. Very aromatic, it matches perfectly all seafoods, grilled fish and white meats.


 

Terroir : Pebbly slope of clay and limestone soil overlooking the Durance.
Vinification : Mechanised harvest, de-stemming, direct pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation at 16° C. Maturing on lees in vats, during two months before bottling.
Grape varietal : 60% Roussanne, 30% white Grenache and 10% Clairette Vines 20 years.
Yield : 22 Hl/acre.
Matching Food & Wine : Pikeperch, aperitiv, grilled mullet.
Ageing : 3-4 years

Rosé - Cotes du Luberon wine
Muscatine de Clapier - Sweet rosé table wine 50 cl


Very feminine wine, lightly sweet.
Drink it very fresh for aperitiv, or on sweet desert or chocolate.


 

Terroir : Pebbly slope of clay and limestone soil overlooking the Durance.
Vinification : We stop the fermentation at 12° so that we have some sugar left.
Grape varietal : Muscat de Hambourg overripe (14 to 15°). Old vines of 50 years old.
Rendement : 18 Hl/ acre.
Matching Food & wines : chocolate fondant, foie gras.
Ageing : 2-3 years.

 
Red - Cotes du Luberon wine
"Cuvée Soprano" red 2004 75 cl - AOC Côtes du Luberon - Silver Medal at the Fine. Wines competition of Mâcon - 2007 Ranking of the Best Wines.



 

Terroir : pebbly, clayey-calcareous soil, southern exposure.
Vinification : De-stemming, traditional vinification, fermentation for 18 days. Aged in
casks for one year.
Grape varieties : 55% Syrah, 25% Grenache et 20% Pinot Noir. 18 year old vines
Yield : 35 Hl/ha.
Accompanies : grilled beef, game, matured cheeses.
Storage potential : 3-5 years.
