Resulting from the distillation of the grape skins after winemaking, this alcool has a very specific flavor. |
 |
|
|
The distillation is done in a still with double wall where the solid matters are agitated permanently to avoid caramelization. In addition, this distillation is made under vacuum in order to save the fruity expression of the alcool. |

The vieux marc
Its long ageing in new barrels during the first 8 years, then 2 to 4 years more in old barrels gives to the Vieux marc its nice amber colour in which you can find some green reflections. In the nose, its expression is on rich notes, burned, spiced, sap and mint.
At the tasting, the roundness is the dominant sensation. Then, there is an explosion of toasted flavors. The finish is long and harmonious.

The marc blanc
Colourless and limpid, the nose is rich, floral, soft and
fruity, with tones of almond, honeysuckle, pepper, sap and mint.
In mouth there is a beautiful balance where dominates the sucrosity.
The alcool is discrete, the finish is very long.
Like most of the white alcools, it is recommended to serve our marc blanc iced.
