TERMS FOR CAMPSITE PLACEMENT RENTAL
The rental is in your name and can not be transferred to another party.
The rental only goes into effect after our acceptance and upon reception of a payment of 40 euros representing a 25 euro deposit and 15 euros administration fees. A confirmation of the reservation will be sent to you. Arriving : after noon - Departure : before noon.
Each placement is for one vehicle. Any extra vehicle, if the placement permits and with the proprietor's agreement, will be authorized to park on the placement at the cost of the extra charge stated in the list of rates.
No reduction will be made in the case of a later arrival or an earlier departure.
Without prior written notification of an arrival later than that originally planned, the placement will be kept available for you for 24 hours. Beyond that time, the placement will be rented and no indemnity nor compensation can be claimed.
The same placement can not be guaranteed in the case of a change in the dates of your stay.
The customer recognizes full knowledge of the campsite's policies and procedures and applies them in their entirety. |

MOBILE HOME AND CARAVAN RENTAL TERMS
The rental is in your name and can not be transferred to another party.
The fixed rates include electricity, water and gas.
The mobile homes are designed for 5 people maximum. The caravans for 4 people maximum.
Each placement is for one vehicle. Any extra vehicle, if the placement permits and with the propritor's agreement, will be authorized to park on the placement at the cost of the extra charge stated in the list of rates.
Reservations for the period July-August are obligatory and are per entire week from Saturday starting at 2pm to Saturday by 10am.
The rental only goes into effect after our accptance and upon reception of a payment of 170 euros per rental week and 9 euros in insurance fees. Arriving : after 2 p.m. - Departure : before 10 a.m.
In the case of a cancellation, rental and insurances cost will be withheld or charged to you, as a contract termination penalty:
- a sum equal to 20% of the total cost of the stay, if you cancel 30 days before the planned arrival date.
- a sum equal to the total cost, if you cancel less than 31 before the planned arrival date, or if you do not arrive on this date.
A cancellation insurance is included in your rental contract.
This insurances reimburses the contract termination penalty indicated above, according to the terms stated in the contract.
The cost of the stay must be paid in its entirety on the day of arrival. No reduction will be made in the case of a later arrival or an earlier departure.
A 150 euro guarantee will be requested upon your arrival; it will be returned at the end of your stay after an assessment of the rental.
The same placement can not be guaranteed in the case of a change in the dates of your stay.

Equipment : Sheets and towels are not included in the contract. A 4 euro rental charge will be applied for furmished materials. |
