The olives are simply crushed by a millstone. Thanks to this method and to our soil, our different varieties of olive trees, and the proportion chosen by our Master blender. We can offer a mild and fruity olive oil, in pure Provence tradition. |
On your own or in a group, come visit our Estate !
We will take you among the olive trees, on a horse or tractor drawned trailer. We will tell you all about growing olive trees, harvesting olives and making the olive oil that you will of course taste afterwards !
