Come discover and dig up for yourself your first truffle from a truffle
field overlooking one of the Marquis de Sade's chateaus...
Géo Balme will be your guide in the truffle field, for groups
of 6 to 15 people on a discovery excursion.
All the steps in truffle "digging", but also all the work of nature,
of the dogs and of the "rabassier" are presented, and each of you
can go out in quest of truffles.
Then, we end the course with a tasty "graillon rustique" and a truffle
omelette, in an exceptional site. |
