Prices include ensuite accommodation and breakfast.
We require a 40% deposit to secure a booking.
Rooms are available from 15:00 and must be vacated by 12:00. Of course the house and its facilities are still available to you should you have a later departure time.
All rooms are non smoking, however smoking is permitted on the terrace and in the garden.
In consideration of all our guests we are regrettably unable to accommodate dogs except guide dogs for visually and hearing impaired guests .
CANCELLATION POLICY:.
Please note that in the event of a cancellation the deposit is only fully refundable if notification is received up to 20 days in advance of the arrival date.
*Cancellations less than 6 days before arrival or a reduction in the duration of stay will incur the the total amount of the stay.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any special dietary requirements and we will endeavour to cater for them. |
