Below the terrace is the 12x6m pool, large enough for doing laps, or just doing nothing. Here, time seems to stop, to finally be able to lounge in the sun or in the shade of the arbour by the bar. A summer kitchen is at your disposal in the pool-house. It is equipped with a microwave, sink, fridge, dishes and cutlery. Table and chairs are near the pool or in the garden.
The one-hectare property of landscaped garden is entirely enclosed, offering you peace and safety.
You can use the parking area secured by an automatic gate.
