DISCOVERING THE BLACK DIAMOND IN DROME |
From Friday, January 6, 2012 to Sunday, March 12, 2012, we offer weekend discovery and tasting of black truffle in the heart of the Drôme Provençale:
Arriving on Friday from 16h: visit the nearest villages, or walk in and have dinner with local products (aperitif and wine included)
Saturday: early in the morning, tour the house of the nose or a few secrets on the black truffle will be revealed, then walk along the famous market RICHERENCHES, then lunch and tasting of truffle omelette on the spot in the village of Richerenches (not included in the package - about 20 € / person drink included)
In early afternoon visit to a truffle, in which the rabassier you will participate in the "breakout". By late afternoon, visit a famous winery and wine tasting, then back to BLUE PERFUME, fine dining "while truffle", prepared with fresh truffle (drink included).
Sunday: starting in the late morning.
