On the city side, a stone’s throw from the Place de la Rotonde and the famous Cours
Mirabeau... you enter a small building from the beginning of the century, rubbing shoulders with Art Deco
constructions...
You are welcomed on the ground floor of the proprietor’s apartment in a lounge of Provençal colours and luminosity that opens to the south, on to the Garden side, the Country side... |

On this country side, you discover a lovely flowering garden, cool and shaded. A linden tree, under which
hydrangea, camellias, impatiens bring you their colourful notes, exudes in May and June an exceptionally sweet
and honey-like fragrance. A cherry tree stands there with its early yet juicy fruit, and also yellow, white and
orange roses. Small shrubs, in a gradation of greens, provide a relief to the clumps of bushes. And then there
are the flowers, blooming from March to November.
You can sit here, around the wrought iron table made by a craftsman from the
Lubéron, on one of the benches or chairs, next to the little fountain covered in vegetation or on the patio in the
shade of the cherry tree.
At the bottom of the garden, one of the three garages shelters your car in all security.

Inside, you reach the space reserved for our guests on the first upper floor: a 60 m2 suite, with vanilla coloured
walls and light parquet floor; antique rugs and furniture, works by regional painters, a tea table and its chair,
both Afghan, decorate a large bedroom in the soft tones of green almond and yellow, and a lounge, dominated
by the warm red of a corner couch, in the evening becoming, if necessary, a comfortable bed, lets you relax
during the day or watch the news from around the world on the satellite television nestling in a beautiful old
credenza. |

The big, nice and bright bathroom has a spa bathtub and multi-jet shower. The toilet is separate.
A private entrance on this floor makes this space completely independent.
In the heat of summer, the apartment’s air-conditioning allows for restful nights.
In the morning, in the dining room-veranda over the garden or on the terrace, you can enjoy a breakfast of still
warm croissants and pastries, and also cakes, jams and fruit compotes, all homemade. |
