In the heart of Provence, at the foot of the Mont Ventoux, amidst the grapevines of the famous Beaumes de Venise muscatel, sits the Clos Saint Saourde. A unique spot, amidst Nature, near the towns of Avignon, Carpentras, Orange, Vaison la Romaine and Isle sur la Sorgue.
The 18th century edifice was built right into the rock. All year round, its natural spring - saourde in provençal -, its giant sycamore, its square courtyard, its small dry stone walls, the surrounding vineyard and an exceptional view of the Dentelles de Montmirail will seduce lovers of authenticity looking for well-being and serenity. |

Located in the house's
right wing, our two suites and two spacious rooms have been restored
in a refined and original spirit.
Each with its individual entry, they
all open out on to the square courtyard and its pond, across from
the ever-stretching grapevines. Kept naturally cool by the rock,
they invite you to relax and enjoy the sweetness of life in Provence.
In winter, you will appreciate the comfort
of the under floor heating, discretely diffused by the Beaulieu rock. La Cabane invites you all the year round for unique moments... its private heated spa welcomes you under the poplars and oaks, summer and winter.
Lastly, to find you in family or between
friends, la Grange (the Barn), house of charm built on the rock,
open to you its doors for moments of user-friendliness in total independence,
within a refined and strange framework. |
