AT THE Clos Rèverony, TASTE, BUY or MAKE YOUR OWN SOURDOUGH ORGANIC BREAD!

In 2008, we decided to pull some of our vines to devote cereal and turn them into bread.
- You can come and pick up your fresh organic bread on: Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon from 3pm to 7pm.
- During the stay in cottages, you can taste various breads farmers in the area: kamut, rye, nine grain, sourdough ... all made with natural ingredients and sea salt.
- You can make your own bread, a class from 4 to 12 people by appointment, in the late afternoon. The class lasts two hours.

Bread group classes (group of 4-12):
- Selection of breads to make the 15 possible rolls of the workshop.
- Explanation of the manufacture of yeast, and various stages of making bread.
- The dough has finished point, we will proceed to the group forming the loaves. Every one will get to choose the shape they want for their own bread.
- Then we leave the dressing and we make our cook rustic breads.
- While the bread is baking, free time or visit to plots of wheat, or wine tasting.
- We then try the different breads, everybody gets to leave with their own bread.
PRICE: 10 euros including bread and wine tasting for groups of 4-15, 8 euro beyond.
