Cooking seminars
The cooking seminars are to be reserved, for groups of 4 to 12 people. They cover a half day or a weekend.
We suggest the dishes to be prepared and go get the "raw materials" closest to us : the herbs and spices on the estate, the fruit and vegetables from the local Provençal market...
Then, "we cook" together. Depending on how many we may be, we let more or less everyone get their hand in...
What's important in cooking is to have the "knack", and our cook will reveal her little tricks.
When the dishes are prepared and cooked, we look at them and "smell" them to decide which wine would best accompany and enhance the food, following the advice of our wine-maker, the wines coming from here or elsewhere.
Then we savour together our creations, a treat for the palate and good cheer ! |
