Because now comes the moment, the great moment: that of the TRUFFLE,
the moment I wait for all year! Me and all gourmets.

The truffle weekends from mid-November, 2010 to mid-March, 2011 : months of bliss,
to help you forget the so-called gloomy season in treating yourself to truffles.

Here’s my programme.

From Friday to Sunday
2 nights, 2 breakfasts and 2 meals, one with truffles,
Wine: 1 bottle for 2 people per meal
330€ / person, no surcharges, except for extra if you want.
Room for 2 people

You arrive on Friday and peacefully settle in.

8:00pm aperitif by the fireside,
we talk while drinking vintage wines accompanied by a few nibbles.

8:30pm the welcome dinner, liqueur, tea and coffee in the lounge.

Saturday morning, a good breakfast served from 8:45 to 9:45am,

10:00 departure for Sainte Cécile les Vignes and visiting a beautiful Provencal market where we will choose the products and dishes for the menu for our Truffles evening,
We will drink an expresso and load the shopping.

10:45 direction Richerenches, the Mecca of the black Truffle, visiting the market, meeting with merchants, personal purchases, some good tips for gourmets
and around noon, we will have an aperitif at the bistro Chez Jeannot, of course…
side by side with the truffle gatherers and merchants
then, your afternoon is free, until

5:30pm rendezvous at the K-ZA, and those who wish to can join me in the kitchen for the preparation of the Truffle meal.
A pretty apron, some good cheer and great ideas, and we’re off, all you have to do is take notes!

Those who do not wish to take part, can watch, have a drink or just relax.

8:00pm just like the previous evenings program, but this time with the Black Diamond.

Sunday morning, breakfast at 9 :00,
We can hang around a bit, but then it’s time to go.

I am looking forward to welcoming you again this year, following the nice memories, the cheer, the conviviality and the laughter of last year.
