For 2 people (2 nights, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners, 1 with truffles, wine as you want) : 600 Euros.
The Weekend's Program
Friday :
- You arrive and settle in at your leisure...
- 8pm, cocktails by the fireplace, conversation while sipping some vintage wine.
- 8:30 the welcome dinner, liqueur, teas and coffee in the lounge.
Saturday :
- a good breakfast between 9 and 10am
- 10am, visit to Sainte-Cécile les Vignes and a pretty Provençal market where we will choose the dishes for our beautiful Truffle evening menu ; we load up on the provisions.
- 10:45 direction Richerenches, the Mecca for black truffle lovers, visit of the market, meet with the truffle brokers, make personal purchases, gather a few nice little ideas for gourmets and around noon, we'll have a drink at the bistro, that goes without saying...
- then free time to do as you like...

- 5pm, back at the K-ZA, and there those who wish may join me in the kitchen for the preparation of a truffle meal.
An apron, a good mood and good ideas and we're off, it's up to you to cook and take notes.
Those who prefer not to potter with the pots and pans can just watch, have a drink and relax.
- 8 pm, a repeat of the previous evening, but all dressed in the Black Diamond this time.
Sunday :
Breakfast from 9am, we take our time a bit, but then it´s time to go.
