Meals:
In the mornings, breakfasts are served on the terrace or in the lounge depending on the season and the weather. The home-made cakes and jams, crepes, loaves of rustic bread, fresh fruit juice and seasonal fruits will give you the punch you need to get your day off to a great start.
Using regional products, picnic baskets can be prepared for you (please notify us the day before).
Occasionally the table d'hôtes is offered: an aperitif with hors d'oeuvre, followed by dinner - starter, main dish, dessert and regional wine.
Dinner can be served tête à tête or in a group (according to your wishes) on the covered terrace or in the lounge depending on the temperature.
The daily market and the seasons determine how Frédéric and Françoise will help you discover the cuisine of the south, prepared with fresh, quality produce from the region. |
