The rental rates include water, electricity, heating, air-conditioning and VAT at the lower rate of 5.5%. It does not
include end-of-stay housecleaning.
The “Weekly” rates are for stays from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am from March 1 to October 31, unless
otherwise expressly agreed, and for 7 consecutive nights from November 1 to February 28.
Continental breakfast (upon request before 7pm the prior day) : 20 euros per person.
Pets (upon request and express agreement) : 12 euros per night.
Linens Kit (changed once a month minimum) : 16 euros per person.
Housekeeping / cleaning (for stays of more than 4 weeks, a monthly cleaning and linen pack will be billed as a
surcharge to the rent) :
- End-of-stay (obligatory) : 85 euros.
- Monthly: 35 euros.
Upon request :
- Fortnightly : 45 euros.
- Weekly : 35 euros.
- Daily : 25 euros.
Deposit for 1 month stay : 1,300 euros, longer stay : 2,500 euros.
Free car parking of 900 places in front of the Residence, paying car parking payant under the Residence.
