Rental terms :
The rental is from Saturday to Saturday
Household and bath linens are supplied, as well as 2 hours of housecleaning 3 times a week
End-of-stay housecleaning: 150 euros (extra hours charged to the renter)
Electricity included (extra usage charge in winter)
Arrival : 5pm
Departure : 10am

A deposit equal to 35% of the total rent is requested with the reservation.
The remainder must be paid upon arrival.
A cheque for the guarantee (undeposited) of 2000E will be reimbursed one week after departure.
