Guest house in Villeneuve les Avignon in Provence

| The guest room is actually a small apartment comprised of : |
- a lounge, 11.5m², opening on to the garden by way of a 2mx2m sliding glass door ,
- a bedroom, approx. 12m², also opening on to the garden by a 2mx2m sliding glass door. Both rooms have direct access to the pool a dozen meters away.
- a bathroom, 4.8 m² with toilet and shower, and with a small windowa,

- a room of 4.8m², without a window but with ventilation, equipped with a two-basin sink, a 1.20mx0.6m countertop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, the washer and dryer are not at the disposal of our tenants
- an entry with tall cupboard and rug. |

| The big glass doors face south. Just outside there is garden furniture, including a table, four chairs and a parasol. Possibility of adding a single bed. |
