Reservation and Cancellation Policy :
To confirm a reservation we request a deposit equal to one night for a stay of 1 to 5 nights. Beyond that, we request a deposit equal to 40% of the total stay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB. Cheque, cash and bank transfers are also accepted.

Reservations :
All reservations must be confirmed by fax, e-mail or letter, providing a Visa card number and expiration date, or accompanied by a cheque. The required deposit is equal to one night, or in the case of a longer stay, 20% of the total price of the stay.

Cancellation :
- A stay of 1-3 nights: any cancellation that occurs less than 72 hours from the expected arrival date, 100% of the amount of the stay.
- A stay of 4+ nights : any cancellation that occurs within 14 days from the expected arrival date, 100% of the amount of the stay.
- In case of a No-Show at the Hotel : 100% of the total cost of the stay, including all services purchased upon reservation.
Any stay which would be shortened will be fully debited.

Check-in :
Rooms are available from 2pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 9pm.

Check-out :
Please liberate your rooms before noon the day of your departure and before 11am. during your stay.
