A cleaning lady takes care of housecleaning 4 hours a week minimum (12 euros / hour). The final housecleaning (8 hours), washing of household linens included, is also at the tenants' expense, making a surcharge of 48 euros per week + 96 euros at the end of the stay. |

Our usual gardener takes care of pool and garden maintenance.
Household linens are included in the rental.
Sorry, but pets cannot be accommodated at the Mas des Amandiers. |

Reservations go into effect upon
reception of a down payment ( non-refundable) equal to 30% of the
rent. This cheque will not be cashed; it will be returnd to you
the day of dparture from the Mas des Amandiers.
A security guarantee (refundable) of 4000 euros is requested in
the case of damages or to cover any extra costs that may be incurred.

Payment for your stay may be made:
At the beginning of your stay, by certified cheque, traveler's check,
or in cash.
Before your arrival, by bank transfer. Cheques should be made out
to the order of the proprietor. |
