At the Hostellerie de l'Abbaye de La Celle, this restaurant in the Var, which obtained one star from the Michelin Guide in 2006, offers a sincere cuisine that resembles its region, with simple but perfectly executed dishes. The kitchen brigade is led by the chef Benoît Witz. Every day, he proposes 3 fixed-price menus during the week and 2 on weekends, as well as a regular menu combining tradition and imagination.
 
Produce from the sea and the land of Provence complement one another, bringing sunshine on a platter to every meal. With each passing season, he searches the markets to offer a different menu in harmony with nature : a tender risotto with courgette flowers and crispy bacon ; in Summer, a farandole of sparklingly colourful fruit such as the cherry served in a crunchy garden salad ; in Autumn, an original pressed duck and foie gras ; in Winter, the famous truffles.
