The Mas du Caroubier is next to a charming village of potters in the Gard, in France. Eighteen workshops are in operation.

Small, farmers' market on Friday morning. Uzès, in the Gard in France, is 4 km away, with its duchy, its beautiful 17th and 18th century residences, its Medieval streets and the famous square, the Place aux Herbes, surrounded by arcades and the center of the Provençal market on Saturday mornings.
Antique shops, many decoration boutiques, excellent restaurants, three film theatres, the Festival of New Dance in June, baroque music concerts in July, many festivities in summer, and so nearby : Nîmes and its arenas, the theatre festival Avignon, the Chorégies d'Orange lyric festival... the region gives you the best of summer.
